At Eve Dot Deals, your satisfaction is our priority. If something isn’t quite right, we’ll work with you to make it right—fairly, quickly, and transparently.

1) “Return on Door” (Inspect at Delivery)

When your order arrives, you may inspect the item at the door.
If it doesn’t meet your expectations, you may cancel immediately before accepting the delivery. No return request is needed in this case.

2) Eligibility & Condition of Items

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • Item must be unusedundamaged, and in original condition.
  • Include all original packaging, tags, dust bags, and accessories (if applicable).
  • You must provide the order number and proof of purchase.

Timeframe: Start your request within 48 Hours of receiving your order.

3) One-Time Return/Exchange Per Order

To keep the process efficient for everyone, we allow only one (1) return or exchange per order—subject to the conditions in this policy.
If you exchange an item, the exchange is considered the one-time return for that order.

4) Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

We stand by the quality of our products. If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 48 Hours of delivery.
  • Include clear photos or a short video of the issue and the packaging.
  • Once approved, we will provide a prepaid return solution or otherwise cover the return shipping.
  • You may choose a refund or exchange (subject to stock availability).

5) Change-of-Mind Returns

  • Change-of-mind returns and exchanges are not-accepted. This includes reasons such as preference changes, style/size/color not as expected, or buyer’s remorse.
  • If you’re unsure at delivery, please use our Return on Door option to inspect the item before accepting it.
  • This policy does not affect your rights for defective, damaged, or incorrect items (see Section 4), which remain eligible under the stated conditions.

6) Shipping Fees

  • Free shipping applies to orders placed on our website.
  • For non-defect returns, return shipping is not covered by Eve Dot Deals.
  • For approved defect/incorrect cases, we cover the return shipping or reimburse it as instructed by our team.

7) Refund & Store Credit Options

Once we receive and inspect your return, and it is approved:

  • Refund to Original Payment Method: We’ll process the refund to the same method you used for purchase. Processing times depend on your bank/payment provider.
  • Store Credit: If you prefer, we can issue store credit to use on future purchases.

Processing time: Most refunds are issued within 3–7 business days after your return is received and approved (timing may vary by payment provider).

8) How to Start a Return or Exchange

  1. Email info@evedotdeals.com with your order numberreason, and (if applicable) photos/videos.
  2. Our team will reply with approval and simple return instructions.
  3. Pack your item securely with all original materials and ship as instructed.
  4. We’ll inspect your return and then process your refund or exchange.

9) Items Not Eligible

  • Items explicitly marked “Final Sale” at the time of purchase are not eligible for return or exchange (unless defective/incorrect).
  • Returns that do not meet the Eligibility & Condition criteria may be rejected or assessed at our discretion.
